Swimlanes

Swimlanes allow you to divide events and groups into full-width rows. Helping enhance visibility, focus, and improving organisation.

Then, if you like, fold the swimlane away with a quick click on the title.

Make a swimlane ¶

Open the event form by clicking on the name of an event in the timeline or list view
Type in new title in the swimlane field
Save the form

You will see the new swimlane in your timeline. Repeat for all items you want to include in this swimlane.

Expand and collapse ¶

Swimlanes are expanded by default. Clicking on the title of a swimlane expands or collapses a swimlane. A collapsed swimlane shows the swimlane title and a divider line, but no events. Great for tucking away distractions. The expand or collapse state persists across all your devices.

Remove an event from a swimlane

Click on the event name
Delete the title from the swimlane field
Click save

Changing >1 swimlane title ¶

So you have a bunch of events in a swimlane and want to rename the swimlane title? Right now, there is no way to do this all at once in the timeline view. You’ll have to open each event and change the title in the event form. Alternatively, you could use the list view. Select the event you want to change in bulk and click on bulk action.
